Gratings Fence

This type of fencing is prefabricated industrialized gratings manufactured by plates which formulate rectangular and square openings .These galvanized panels are constructed in three ways. The one is that the plates are welded between each other . Another method of construction is that the cross bars are penetrated in preconstructed holes in the plates. Finally, the plates can be pressure locked with bars.
These fencing panels are suitable for fencing industrial sites, as well as private areas , schools , sport facilities , public buildings, special safety fencings (Electricity stations) and more.
These panels are produced with a length of 2.00m a variety of heights, with a plate 25X2 or 25X3cm. The posts (protecting with galvanized coating) can be screwed or embedded. The connection of the post with the panel is achieved by antitheft bolts.
Gratings panels are easy to install providing high protection. The maintenance costs are zero and in case of part damage they can easily be replaced.

Panels with welded bars are manufactured from vertical plates and round cross bars, by the method of fusion welding. That means, the round cross bars are welded and are being immersed in the plates in specific distances between them. Αdditionally, there is the possibility of producing panels with different types of openings depending on the needs of the customer.

Panels with interpenetrated gratings are manufactured by vertical plates and straight cross bars by penetrating the cross bars in prefabricated holes in the middle part of the vertical plates and in specific distances among them. This formulates the square openings. Αdditionally, there is the possibility of producing panels with different types of openings depending on the needs of the customer.

Panels with pressure locked bars are manufactured from vertical plates and cross bars with the method of pressing. This means that the cross bars are pressed and immersed in prefabricated special shaped notches, on the upper part of the vertical plates and in specific distances among them. Αdditionally, there is the possibility of producing panels with different types of openings depending on the needs of the customer.
